Choosing His Human
Jennifer lives in Australia, and she was visiting her local animal shelter one day when she noticed a cat who wouldn’t stop staring. There was no way that Jennifer could leave him behind. He was just nine months old when Morris became a part of the family, and Jennifer couldn’t wait to introduce him to her other animals.
Their First Meeting
Chompy, the horse, was just one-year-old at the time, but Jennifer hoped the horse and cat could get along. Apparently, Morris was a little scared of his new four-legend friend to start thanks to Chompy’s size. However, the horse was persistent, and Morris soon learned to come around to the friendship.
Best Of Friends
The horse and cat met six years ago, and they have been inseparable ever since. Jennifer says they spend every day together as they nap together, groom one another, and even share the same water. To top it off, Chompy also protects Morris from the rain with his head.
Catching A Ride
As if that wasn’t enough, Morris has learned how to ride around on Chompy. Jennifer says the cat jumps from a post that she has named the bus stop. If Morris wants a ride, he merely climbs up, and Chompy runs over to collect his friend.
A horse and cat might not be two animals that many of us would think of as friends, but Chompy and Morris have shared an incredible bond for six years. While both of them have friends of their own species, it looks as these two are quite happy with their amazing friendship.
