Although not as big as the football tournaments in Europe, there’s no denying that MLS has begun to gather much more attention around the world. When you get big stars coming from the best leagues on the planet, that’s bound to happen. So, who are the best players in Major League Soccer history? We’re going to take a look now.
Jaime Moreno
By the time Jaime Moreno retired from football in 2010, he was the all-time leading goal scorer in MLS history. He spent the majority of his career playing for D.C United, although did have one season for the MetroStars in New York. He scored 133 goals, played 340 games and is thought to be one of the main reasons D.C United ever won any trophies. You can’t deny he’s worth the top spot on our list!
