Many of us have had those days where we would rather work from home, right? One employee needed to take the chance, but it was their boss’ response that got the world talking. She wanted to show the world that being a boss means being an effective leader.

Getting The Text
Brigette Hyacinth works as a motivational speaker and an author. However, it was her recent social media post that got the world talking. Brigette has spent many years talking about how to be an effective leader and how to have quality management. Now, she was going to put her words into action.
Trusting Her Staff
Apparently, one of Brigette’s new employees asked their boss if they could work from home. Before they explained, Brigette stopped them and said they didn’t need to give a reason. As long as the work got done, then Brigette was happy.

Making Her Point
Brigette continued to explain that she didn’t need to know if any of her employees needed to leave early because of a personal issue or if they would be late thanks to a doctor’s appointment. They could work from home, from the car garage, or at hours that suited them as long as they could still live their personal lives.
Showing The World
As well as cutting employee some slack, Brigette also wanted to show the world how to be a leader. She believes the world has become too focused on working in the office rather than keeping their employees happy and letting them have personal lives.
Many of us have learned that things don’t go wrong outside of office hours. In fact, it often feels the complete opposite. Now, Brigette hopes the rest of the world can take a leaf out of her book and give people a break for having personal lives.
25 Visually Satisfying Photos That Give the Brain a Tingle

There’s no denying it – the human eye is mysteriously attracted to things that are beautiful and harmonious. There’s an odd sense of satisfaction and even relaxation that we get from looking at things that fit just right, line up perfectly or are just plain beautiful. While we may never understand what it is that creates that mysterious sensation of satisfaction, it seems to be undeniably universal. Maybe it’s because, in an increasingly chaotic world, these images give us a sense of order and remind us of just what a beautiful world we live in.
Symmetrical Snacking
At first glance, this photo barely looks real. But look closer, and you’ll see that those are real, live insects – which are sawfly larvae – in an almost perfectly symmetrical row. They are systematically snacking away on the flesh of a bottlebrush leaf, leaving behind the beautiful, delicate architecture underneath.

The fact that these kinds of things are happening in nature all around us, every single day, is enough to give you a new appreciation for life.
Perfcat Fit
When one has multiple pet cats, there’s no guarantee that they will always get along. Cats are notoriously independent creatures, and seem, for the most part, most content when they are curled up in a ball on their own.

That’s why it’s doubly satisfying to see two buddy cats, snugly fit together into their plush cat bed and having a cuddle. It almost appears as if the two cats have become one odd-looking mega-cat with two heads and one tail!
Whoever Did This Is the Best Mom Ever
You may now know this, but wrapping food is not always that easy. The things we eat come in many different shapes, sizes, textures, and consistencies, and it can be a struggle to figure out what the best packing solution is for some things when you want to eat them on the go.

Watermelon can be especially tricky due to its curved shape and messy juices. A less creative person would probably just fit in one big slice of watermelon in the bag and call it a day. But whoever figured out this hack has managed to utilize every centimeter of space – and we are loving it.
Winter Wonderland
It’s hard to imagine an image that more perfectly illustrates the term “winter wonderland.” Clusters of ice, formed by specific weather conditions, have grown atop the rocks in this shallow creek in Finland, and the way they have formed here is so perfect that it looks like someone came and put spiky white hats on each stone.

The big picture on its own is breathtaking, but if you look closely at each stone’s icy coating, the mind-boggling delicate symmetry of the ice will simply blow you away.
Rings of Time
At first glance, this object seems to be a narrow tree trunk, where you can see the rings marking how old the tree is. However, if you look closer, something about the texture and the colors of the rings doesn’t seem quite right.

That’s because it’s not a tree trunk – it’s a stick that a painter had been using to stir paint for over a year. When each layer dried down, he would use it again, which is what created these mesmerizing rings.
Leaf on Ice
We can find so many satisfying things if we just go outside and spend some time communing with Mother Nature. On a frosty winter morning forest walk, this girl found something incredible.

A solid sheet of ice had frozen onto this giant leaf, and when she peeled it off, it left an intricately detailed imprint that is so crisp and clear, it almost looks like crystal. Something about this makes us want to go on nature walks more often!
A Bushel of Perfection
Whoever was the farmer that gathered and loaded these carrots onto this truck, it’s safe to say that he’s probably something of a perfectionist.

It’s hard to understand how, in fact, this was accomplished, and we’re wondering how well this work of carrot art will manage to stay on the truck as it drives over the bumpy country roads. But one thing’s for sure: it looks so cool, that it would be a shame to unload it!
Dots of Dew
These perfectly spherical droplets decorate each tip of this plant’s leaves, seemingly defying gravity. These are not dew droplets; rather, it’s the result of a phenomenon known as guttation.

Guttation occurs when drops of xylem sap exude from inside the leaves of some vascular plants and fungi, as opposed to dew, which is a result of condensation from the atmosphere collecting the plant’s surface. These clear droplets make it look like the plant is wearing adorable “jewelry”.
The Joy of Mess
Making art is a process that can be incredibly fun and rewarding, but it always comes with its share of clean-up afterward. But if you’re lucky, the clean-up process can be just as fun as making the art itself.

This woman had been using the same ice-cube tray for a really long time, and so many layers of the stuff had dried down together that when it came time to remove it, the whole thing came out as one solid mass of psychedelic color that could be seen as a work of art in itself!
Metallic Vortex
While nature can supply us with some perfectly symmetrical images, there’s something to be said for human craftsmanship that is so well done, it’s simply mesmerizing. While we’re not sure what this object is, the soldering job on these copper tubes creates a beautiful object in and of itself.

The oxidization of the copper creates a rainbow-like effect, making you feel as if you’re slipping into some futuristic metallic vortex. We could definitely stare at this all day.
Tic Tac Whoa
Tic Tacs are oblong mint candies that are delicious and addictive. They come in the iconic plastic box that by itself, is nothing special. But somehow, someone managed to get a box of Tic Tacs in which each little candy is lined up perfectly in a row, and we seriously don’t know how this happened.

Whether it just magically happened on its own or someone actually spent their time opening the box and lining up each mint perfectly, the result is super satisfying!
Ice, Squared
Ice is one of the wonders of the natural world that can form in so many stunning ways. Here, a metal fence has sprouted millions of tiny jagged ice crystals, which form a beautiful “picture frame” around this solitary tree.

There’s something mysteriously satisfying about looking at this image – we think it has something to do with the contrast of the blinding white ice crystals against the crisp blue sky along with the perfect composition. Mother nature has done it again!
Pixelated Avocado
In recent years, the avocado has become one of those lauded “superfoods” that everyone is crazy about. Whether it’s smashed on toast, blended into a smoothie or chopped into a million tiny pieces, avocados are truly everywhere.

Whoever chopped this avocado clearly had pixels on the brain, because the effect of the gradient colors of the avocado with the tiny, almost perfect squares makes it look as if it was created on a computer and somehow materialized into a three-dimensional object.
Line ‘Em Up
There are two types of people in the world; the type of people who walk around lost in thought, and the type of people who keep their eyes wide open and pay attention to the little everyday things around them.

Whoever captured this photo must be the second kind, as he noticed the stripes in his shoes were perfectly matched with the stripey pattern of the escalator step. We hope this moment was as satisfying for him as the photo is for us!
Stack of Houses
We love how this building has been designed to look as if someone just plonked a series of small houses one on top of the other, one after the other, and they just so happened to fit perfectly.

This impressive structure is the Inntel Amsterdam Zaandam Hotel in the Netherlands, whose eye-catching facade is more than just satisfying to look at. It’s a celebration of the various types of traditional Dutch architecture that can be found in the Zaan region.
Satisfyingly Shiny
At first glance, you might assume that this mysterious object is made out of some kind of glass. But in fact, this work of art is entirely edible – it’s a donut with what’s called a mirror glaze. How is it achieved?

A cooled cake is ‘enrobed’ with a gel-like marbled chocolate glaze, poured over the surface to give it a mesmerizing pattern. The result is a piece of edible art that is almost too pretty to eat! Just almost…
What in Clamnation?
Imagine searching for clams off the coast on a windy day and coming across a series of clams like this! Nature is full of wonders, and apparently one of them is that clams come in what can almost be described as a series of incrementally sized shells that seem like they were meant to be stacked like this.

The way they stack onto each other in order of smallest to largest is absolutely perfect and deeply satisfying to look at!
The Most Perfect Sunset Ever
Although many people look forward to the summer all year long, there’s something to be said for the crisp beauty of pristinely white snow. When it falls heavily, it covers the ground in a thick blanket and provides the perfect reflective canvas for the sun’s rays.

Something about the sharp edges of crisply laid tracks on these slopes really puts us in the mood for winter! Soak in the beauty and serenity of this shot.
Perfect Imprint
As we’ve seen in many images, snow and ice can do some truly fascinating things. You might do a double-take when looking at the way this solid sheet of snow peels off this brick building in one amazing layer, with a perfect imprint of the bricks, etched into the other side.

It’s almost hard to believe this is snow – it looks more like cake icing or even a sheet of glue. Whatever the case, we wish we could be the ones to peel that off. So satisfying!
Perfect Pi
Handwriting is one of those things that some people excel at while others might struggle to keep things legible. It can even be an art form as you might see in calligraphy.

Sometimes, though, it isn’t an artist that shows off perfect handwriting. Sometimes, it’s a student in class just working to make sure they have the best notes possible. This person was taking notes in math class when they captured what some people have dubbed “the perfect pi” on a piece of graph paper.
Rainbow Foam
Getting your car washed can be a boring task to complete. It can get you wet and covered in soap unless you choose to go through an automatic carwash.

Washing the car doesn’t always have to be drab, however. This person found a beautiful striped pattern in their car soap as it leaked out of the hose. It goes to show that sometimes fun surprises can happen while you do chores!
All Tied Up
If you’ve ever had to set up an entertainment system or workspace, you know how difficult it can be to manage all the cables and cords that there are.

This person found the perfect way to keep their workspace in order. With the handy help of a few zip ties, they neatly tied all their cables together to make an image satisfying to anyone who has ever held a tangle of cords. The color scheme doesn’t hurt either!
Neat as Can Be
Having a lot of tools can sometimes make it difficult to find what you need. This can make it hard to complete jobs, especially when you need to find a specific tool.

This homeowner found a perfect solution to this problem by hanging all their tools on the wall. The tools are so perfectly organized that anything could be found immediately. The work that it took to organize these tools certainly paid off for this person.
Flower Power
Flowers are one of the prettiest things you’ll find in nature. From gardens to naturally growing areas, you can see flowers of all shapes, sizes, and colors.

This flower is particularly interesting since it looks so picture perfect. Not only is the soft pink color interesting, but the petals are also layered in a perfect pattern. Their placement and sizing make this a perfectly stacked and satisfyingly photographed floral design. It’s a great example of nature showing off an almost mechanic perfection.
Straight Down
There’s nothing more satisfying than when something lines up perfectly. It’s something about the symmetry it offers and the design skill that’s pleasing.

The person who created this sink made it one that many homeowners dream of. It isn’t made of expensive materials or intensely personalized but it does offer a faucet that lines up perfectly so that the water goes straight down the center of the drain. There’s no off-center stream here, just a pair of working parts lining up perfectly.
Folded Snow
As we’ve already seen, snow can be a beautiful sight. It can also do some things that we never expected. This can make for some very satisfying images that are absolutely soul-soothing.

This snow that slid down a slide in a park folded up perfectly to create a one-of-a-kind image. These folds are so delicate that even the slightest touch would surely cause them to collapse. However, you can admire them from afar – or through this photo – for a calming and picturesque image.
Herding Cats
The internet is full of cat pictures and for good reason! These pets offer us everything from cute company to silly reactions and even, in this case, a satisfying photo.

As these 12 cats lined up for their dinner, they did so in such a way that their colors merged perfectly from white to ginger to brown to black. They created a perfect ombre for the photo and, impressively, all the cats were in the same position as well.
Snickers Storage
One of the most satisfying feelings comes from seeing one object that fits perfectly into another. This is especially true of two objects that fit perfectly together by accident.

This person had a Snickers bar and happened to drop it in the center console. The space behind the cupholders was a perfect fit for the candy bar, much to everyone’s satisfaction. It looks like this person will be buying only Snickers bars from now on!
Tape Tower
This is yet another satisfying picture that probably took quite a bit of patience to get right. After all, these two rolls of tape were completely separate before this person got creative – or bored – and experimented.

They layered the blue and yellow tape, one piece on top of another, without breaking it away from the main roll. Even better, the layered tape not only creates a patterned effect but it also shows a green appearance from the blended colors.
Fits Like a Charm
Today, there are plenty of television designs – homeowners aren’t limited to a bulky TV. Now, you can have a flatscreen as a standard and even opt for a curved TV.

While curved TVs have their benefits, they can be difficult to place properly. After all, you want to be able to see the screen from the most comfortable places in the room. This person had the perfect spot for their curved TV when they saw the cut-out in the corner.
Armadillo Armor
The animal kingdom has some impressive creatures that can pull off interesting feats. For example, armadillos are well-known for their ability to curl up and protect themselves when they need to.

However, if you’ve never seen what an armadillo looks like when they roll up, it’s a pretty satisfying sight. They completely roll into a ball that hides all of their softer parts like their face and underbelly in a hard, protective shell. This keeps them perfectly safe from potential predators.
Ideal Arrangements
Spoons are often simply seen as a utensil to help us enjoy something satisfactory – maybe ice cream or a warm bowl of soup. This time, the spoons themselves provide for a pleasing image.

It seems like this arrangement would have taken some time and effort as well. The spoons are perfectly nestled in one another, creating an impressive effect. As the image expands to the spoon handles, they’re pretty evenly spaced as well, keeping it satisfying from start to finish.
Wood Pile Masterpiece
When most people stack wood, the main goal is to make sure that it stays in place. Many of us rely on a rough pyramidal design that is the most likely to keep the wood from falling.

This person took a much more time-consuming and high-effort approach. Instead of simply stacking the wood, they opted to place it in a rectangular container and perfectly snuck every piece in. There is barely even any space or gaps between the wood either!
Veggie Aisle Art
Produce aisles are a common sight for most of us. Even if you aren’t a huge fan of veggies, you’ve probably sorted through a stack of spinach or bundles of carrots.

No produce aisle is quite as satisfying as this one, though. The person who stocked this aisle obviously took their time to make sure everything was lined up neatly and looking its best. You can even see where some green onions were used to create a “Z” on the top shelf!
Yard Maintenance
Many homeowners take pride in having a well-kept lawn. This maintenance can include regularly cutting grass as well as trimming hedges or other plants.

Some people go above and beyond in their lawn care. The person that mowed the grass in this photo seems to have done so as they cut it so that it had a diagonal pattern. Taking this extra effort not only results in a well-kept lawn but a satisfying sight as well.
Three-Point Turn
Most drivers have had to complete a three-point turn at some point. In some situations, though, the turn can end up with a lot more steps if its difficult to turn around.

Watching a perfect three-point turn is a great feeling. The driver of this car certainly felt that way, as their outstanding turn left behind perfect tracks in the snow. The tracks they left showed off a degree of control for a maneuver that many drivers struggle with.
Fireworks In A Lightbulb
We’ve never seen anything like this amazing LED lightbulb. According to many commenters, it’s not the most practical lightbulb, as it doesn’t actually do a very good job of illuminating spaces. But it sure is beautiful!

Something about the way the tiny cascades of rainbow-colored stars fan out and hit the glass of the bulb is deeply satisfying to look at. It’s a full-on fireworks display in a lightbulb, and we can’t stop staring.
Never Unloading This Truck
When the owner of this truck needed to transport whatever is inside those cardboard boxes, he probably had no idea that they would slot in with this degree of precision. It’s almost unbelievable how perfectly the dimensions of these boxes miraculously fit into this truck.

We can just imagine the feeling of sliding in the last box and getting the satisfaction of it slotting into that perfect spot. It would almost be a shame to unload it!
The Ultimate Stack of Pancakes
There are very few things more satisfying than a pancake breakfast on a Sunday morning. That is unless you’re the kind of person to make pancakes in a series of perfectly incremented increasing sizes so that a perfectly symmetrical pancake mountain is formed that allows the perimeter of each one to be equally drizzled with maple syrup.

Whoever made these just took Sunday mornings to a whole new level, and we are drooling!
All the Houses of the Rainbow
Looking down this street is supremely satisfying. This picture was taken in Cobh, Ireland, which is famous for its “Deck of Cards” houses – and you can probably figure out why they’re named that way from looking at this image.

What makes this already satisfying street even more satisfying are those perfectly even mounds of snow which sit atop those almost-perfectly evenly spaced cars. We imagine that sledding down this street would be an utter delight!
Check It Out
This one is for the perfectionist in all of us. The way these shoes line up with the checkboard floor tiles is so satisfying, it gives us chills! It’s so perfect that it almost looks like the shoes practically disappear into the floor.

So if you ever feel like the world is too chaotic to handle sometimes, as we all do, just come back to this article and feast your eyes on these examples of things lining up just right.
Every Last Drop
If there’s one thing about toothpaste tubes that can cause frustration, it’s that it’s so hard to get every last drop out of the tube. If you don’t carefully squeeze it, you’ll miss some.

This person had a toothpaste-style tube that they managed to completely empty out the contents. They even laid it out flat for everyone to see exactly what they did – cleaned the tube out without leaving a drop – talk about getting the most out of your purchase!
Smooth Sandcastles
Sandcastles are a fun activity when you’re down by the shore. Even if you only create a sandcastle one bucket tall, it’s interesting to see what you can do.

Then, there are artists who go above and beyond to create sand art on the beach. These artists are masters of their craft and create feats that most of us can only admire. This particular artist showed off a satisfying amount of skill when they created these clean-cut edges for their masterpiece.
Clear as Glass
There’s something satisfying about a perfectly set table. The pleasing nature of symmetry once again comes to mind when you see rows of plates, utensils, and glasses in a repeated pattern.

However, there’s more than just an overhead view to enjoy. This photographer captured a line of wine glasses on a dining table from the side. As the glasses get further away, they look smaller which makes them look almost as if they’re shrinking down inside each other.
The Wonder of Water
As a substance that covers over 70% of the earth’s surface and makes up 60% of the human body, it’s safe to say that we tend to take water for granted. And, at the same time, humans have always been drawn to its mysterious allure as well as the beauty that it can offer.

Here, the wake created by this speedboat in Geiranger Fjord, Norway, forms a perfectly curled spiral. This image proves that sometimes, a perfectly composed photo in a beautiful location can take your mind on a mini-vacation!
